Mr. Barnett is an experienced real estate professional. Charles Barnett has over 15 years of experience in the Baltimore City and County property management field, 7 of which he has owned his own property management firm. Mr. Barnett's unique real estate background allows him to better service his clients in their search for investment property in the Greater Baltimore Metro region. Mr. Barnett has facilitated numerous single and multi-family investment transactions for landlords and investors over the course of the last 3 years. Mr. Barnett attended Morgan State University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance. 

Benjamin Edwards

Benjamin Edwards serves as an advisor at Permira Realty. Benjamin’s approach is strategic rather than merely transactional. He specializes in creating business solutions that integrate an organization's strategy and vision. He is a Baltimore native, and a graduate of a Towson University where he obtained his degree in Business and Psychology. While enrolled, his passion for real estate was ignited, and he started his Property Management Company specializing in Student Housing. His comprehensive knowledge of the Baltimore culture, neighborhoods & market make it possible for Benjamin to tailor innovative and effective solutions for his clients – no matter what their vision or goal. Benjamin’s experience in Residential Investing and Property Management provides clients the tools and resources they need to become a disciplined Real Estate Investor. He takes pride in understanding the property owner’s long term motivations, goals (and headaches), and believes that any relationship worth having is worth having long term - not for a single transaction. 

Timothy Klempa 

Mr. Klempa serves as an advisor at Permira Realty, his extensive background includes single and multifamily residential acquisition, disposition, marketing, research, and property management. Prior to coming on board with Permira, Mr. Klempa was with Prudential PenFed realty involved with single family sales and marketing. He also has extensive experience with Maryland Management Company whom owns and operates almost 10,000 apartment units. Mr. Klempa was involved with the management of properties ranging in size from 100-450 units contained in a single apartment complex. His experience in the management of real estate assets allows him to overcome any obstacle a property may present. With millions in sales, his knowledge of the general market techniques, advertising, marketing, construction costs, and multifamily valuation will help property owners in any position. Mr. Klempa holds a B.S. in Advertising & Entrepreneurship from West Virginia University, and a Maryland & Massachusetts real estate license.
